Aero End of Support FAQs

Adobe Aero will be discontinued on iOS, Android, and Creative Cloud Desktop effective November 6, 2025. Existing users can access the application and download their content until December 3, 2025.

How can I download my Aero scenes?

To get your 3D assets out off your Aero scenes, you will need to first download the scene, and then extract the assets from the scene.

  1. Download the Aero (Beta) desktop application.

  2. Use File > Export > Real to export your scene to a local file.

  3. Navigate to the location where you saved your scene. Rename the file, changing the extension from .real to .zip.

For example, if your file is called MyScene.real, rename it to MyScene.zip

  4. Unzip the file:

Windows: Right-click the file, and select Extract all... then select a folder location.

macOS: Double-click the file to extract the zip contents into the current folder.

  5. In the unzipped folder, any 3D content from the scene will be available in the Assets folder.

How can I delete my Aero user data?

  1. On the Aero homepage, navigate to the Your files window.

  2. Select the projects you'd like to delete by hovering your mouse above the document thumbnails and checking the checkbox in the top left on the thumbnail.

  3. Select Delete in the top right corner after all of the projects you wish to select are selected.
